NEW VISION SCHOOL

New Vision School is an international school offering education from Kindergarten to A Level.

Elementary

With the prime objective of engaging children physically, emotionally and socially, our kindergarten culture presents the perfect learning environment for kids that helps them take baby steps as a strong foundation.

Middle School

Characterized by enjoyment in learning, our primary schooling methods involve learning through exploring and discovery, focus on basics, cultivating creativity and building confidence through opportune platforms.

High School

Teaching approach at this stage involves enticing children to innovate, tinker, explore and experience the joy of making through experimental and experiential methods in the science, mathematics and linguistic subjects.

Graduation

Riding on the strong foundations laid down throughout the journey right from kindergarten, the focus at this stage is on academic excellence and transformation by inculcating sound social values for being socially responsible citizens.

Procedures

I. KINDERGARTEN

1. The parent should be present with the student during the interview.

2. After passing the interview, the parent will be informed to start with the registration procedures right away upon submission of all school requirements listed below.

II. GRADE 1 onwards:

1. The parent should be present with the student during the interview.

2. The students are requested to take an entrance exam with a fee (non-refundable). After the exam, results will be notified to parents on the next day.

3. Once the student passed the entrance exam, parents must submit the school requirements to the Admission Officer.

Registration Policies:

1. Registration is based on priority (First come, first serve).  Thus, kindly complete the registration process within 2 days because of the limited seats and the high demand.

2. Seats will not be reserved unless all the requirements have been met (fees payment, forms completion and submission of other documents).

3. To complete the registration, the student’s final report card from the previous school must be submitted.

Requirements

1. Payment for registration fee

2. Payment of book fees as per fees breakdown

3. Payment of June 2019 fees

4. Payment of April, May, June 2019 for KG and Nursery students

5. Fill up the Application Form and submit it together with the following:

 □ 2x Pictures of new student

 □ CPR (photocopy) of new student

 □ Passport  information page  (photocopy) of new student (copy of RP if non-Bahraini)

 □ Birth Certificate (photocopy) of new student  

 □ Record Book of immunization, vaccination, etc.

 □ Latest school report plus reports for last 2 years if applicable

 □ CPR / Passport (photocopies) of parents

 □ Medical Report (for Grade 1 students only)

 □ Copy of  Certificate confirming Bahrain’s equivalent grade based from the latest school report in case the new student studied abroad  (Certificate must be stamped with seal of  Ministry of Education)

 □ Withdrawal / Transfer Certificate from previous school (not required for Grade 1 and KG students)

 □ Certificate of Good Conduct and Certificate of full payment from the previous school.  (Can be combined with the withdrawal / transfer certificate.)

6. Fill up Student’s Health Form (mandatory) – must be filled up by parents

7. Transportation Form (optional)

8. Submit all the documents mentioned in point #5 as soon as possible before the classes get filled up.

Curriculum

New Vision School is a co-educational and bilingual school in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The school follows the Cambridge British Curriculum in core subjects in the primary and middle school and Edexcel in the High School as well as the MOE Curriculum for Arabic, Islamic and Mowatana.

Our students are achieving high percentage in the board exams for IGCSE

Nvs is a certified Cambridge International (CIE) Centre. The Cambridge International Primary Programme (CIPP) is implemented in Preschool and Elementary School along with the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), followed by the Cambridge Lower Secondary Programme (CLSP) in the Middle School, the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) in Grades 9 and 10. Universal Concept of Mental Arithmetic System (UCMAS), a brain development programme, is implemented from KG1 to Grade 4 and this programme based on confluence of an ancient Chinese concept and modern scientific research that develops speed and accuracy by using a very simple tool called the “Abacus!”.
